May 2020

Being home a lot more now due to the Corona virus has its advantages.  More work in the garden is being done.  This month I have begun trimming plants back as I have found other plants are becomming smothered.  That is the problem when you look at labels on plants that say will grow to 1metre wide and end up 3 metres wide and still growing!  Never believe what you read on labels.  Pics on Instagram and Facebook.

Autumn colors are around.  Plants in the aviary are beautiful shades of oranges, reds and yellows.  Lots of Aloe flower stems are appearing in preparation for a big show of flowers during the winter months.  Can't wait to see those.
